The Greater Toledo Urban League, Inc., Job Placement Services Program is designed to assist clients in developing and/or enhancing job seeking and retention skills through pre-employment components focused on building high self-esteem and eliminating barriers to full-time employment.

Job Placement Services Program provides job-readiness skills, pre-employment training, job placement, and retention services to Title III clients, Welfare clients, dislocated workers, and/or walk-ins.

Program Highlights
•     Serviced 485 unduplicated clients
•     80% clients completed pre-employment training
•     Referred 135 clients for employment
•     Placed 34 clients into full-time employment (still working), 36 placed in part-time employment (still working)
•     Average client rate of pay $10.00 per hour
•     Collaborated with 237 employers (89 unduplicated)
•     25 volunteers provided over 400 hours of service
