Fathers of Tomorrow Initiative (FOTI)

The FOTI program was established out of a need to help non-custodial fathers obtain employment, enhance their parenting skills, and begin to pay child support. The overall purpose of the program is to ensure that these men will begin to take an active lead in the lives of their children, not just financially, but spiritually as well.
This program was started on July 1, 2005.

Program Highlights

The program has served over 100 participants:

• More than 60 participants have completed training
• 35 participants are employed full-time with benefits
• 50 participants are actively involved in their off-springs life (attending PTO meetings, meeting teachers; monitoring grades, etc.)
